Our Approach
- Acted as sole bar operator, managing bar operations across multiple sites.
- Provided full design, planning, installation, and execution of the bar infrastructure.
- Deployed OBB’s own EPOS and payment system, ensuring full visibility and transparency for organisers.
- Recruited and trained 100+ staff, delivering consistent service standards across the month.
- Prioritised speed of service and strong alcohol management practices, resulting in zero social behaviour issues.
- Oversaw stock control and sponsor integration, ensuring commercial objectives were met.
