Modern Slavery Policy

Modern Slavery Statement

Orange Beach Bars Ltd
Financial Year Ending: 31 January 2026

  1. Introduction

Orange Beach Bars Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our operations and supply chain. We take our responsibility seriously to ensure that no form of exploitation takes place within our business or through those we work with. This statement outlines the steps we are taking to uphold ethical, fair, and transparent working practices across our organisation and supply chain.

  1. Our Business and Supply Chains

Orange Beach Bars Ltd is a family-run business based in Brighton, operating nationwide across the UK. We specialise in full-service bar operations for festivals, outdoor events, brand activations, and private occasions.

Our team includes both permanent staff and seasonal event professionals. Our supply chain primarily consists of drinks suppliers, logistics partners, equipment providers, and event production specialists. We recognise the importance of vigilance in ensuring that modern slavery does not occur in any part of our operations or partnerships.

  1. Policies in Relation to Modern Slavery

We maintain clear policies and procedures designed to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. These policies are reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

All suppliers and contractors working with Orange Beach Bars Ltd are expected to share our zero-tolerance approach to exploitation. Our procurement process includes clauses requiring compliance with anti-slavery legislation, and we reserve the right to terminate any relationship with suppliers or contractors found to be in breach.

  1. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We actively assess the potential risks of modern slavery in our business and supply chain. Our due diligence measures include:

  • Assessing the ethical standards of new suppliers before engagement.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of high-risk supply areas, such as logistics and labour sourcing.
  • Ensuring all third-party partners confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We continue to strengthen our approach as our business and network grow.

  1. Training and Awareness

We ensure that all staff, particularly those involved in recruitment, procurement, and supply chain management, are aware of modern slavery risks and understand how to identify and report concerns. Training includes:

  • Recognising signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Knowing the appropriate channels for reporting concerns.
  • Understanding both legal and ethical responsibilities.

  1. Measuring Effectiveness

We monitor the effectiveness of our actions to prevent modern slavery by:

  • Regularly reviewing policies, procedures, and supplier agreements.
  • Gathering feedback from employees, suppliers, and clients.
  • Working with industry peers to share and improve best practices.

  1. Future Commitments

Orange Beach Bars Ltd is committed to continually improving our approach to identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks. Over the next year, we aim to:

  • Strengthen supplier vetting and documentation.
